Plastic injection molding in Istanbul
In our Bayrampasa factory we mold our own products on four injection machines from 100 to 400 tons, and we also mold plastic parts for customers on a contract basis. We mount your mold and run samples and series production.

We mold plastic parts up to roughly 1000 g. The 160-ton machine has a servo drive and suits precise, energy-efficient work. The 400-ton machine handles large housings and covers.
We can mount your existing mold
If you already have a mold, we can mount it on our machines and run samples. Share the mold dimensions (clamping plate, locating ring, size) in the quote form.
Materials
We work with a wide range of materials, including engineering plastics. For glass-filled or high-temperature specialty materials, contact us with the drawing and material data and we will confirm together which machine runs it.
