CNC machining center part manufacturing in Istanbul
For CNC machining (CNC milling) we run three vertical machining centers in our Bayrampasa factory, making our own parts and also taking contract work. We machine castings and forgings, complete holes and flats after turning, and produce small parts in fixtures in series.

The TMV-1050A, with its 1100 × 500 mm table and BT40 spindle, suits larger and heavier parts. The two TMV-510 machines run fast on a BT30 spindle and suit fixture-based series production of small parts. The TMV-510 with a rotary unit machines multi-face small parts in one setup.
We make the fixtures ourselves
Series work starts with the right fixture. We build part-specific fixtures in our own workshop, so once the job is approved production starts without waiting for tooling.

- Drawing or samplePDF, STEP, DWG/DXF drawing, raw part or sample, with material, quantity and target date.
- Technical review and fixtureWe decide which machine will run the part and what fixture it needs, then prepare the quote.
- Fixture and sampleWe make the fixture in our own workshop, machine a sample part and take your approval.
- Series productionAfter approval we move to series machining with the same fixture and program.
- Inspection and shipmentAfter dimensional checks the parts are prepared for delivery.

What should I send for CNC part manufacturing in Istanbul?
A drawing or sample, material, quantity and target delivery date. You can also supply the raw casting or forging.
Can you do 4th-axis machining?
Yes, one of our TMV-510 machines has a rotary unit. We can machine multi-face small parts in one setup.
Do you machine castings or forgings?
Yes. You can supply the raw part and we machine and deliver it.
Is fixture cost included in the quote?
We determine fixture needs from the drawing at quotation stage and state them separately in the quote.
